How bout them Tigers!
The Tigers manage to win a close game by the score of 5 to 3. Miguel Cabrera added in his 15th Home Run of his 2009 campaign. Not to mention Gerry Larid's blast. (Gotta love it when he goes deep, its an added bonus) For awhile everything was getting tight in Detroit yet the Tigers held on to its 1st place spot and now have rallied and won six straight.
And in other Tigers news Magglio Ordonez has cut off his mop of hair and is now rolling with the short hair look. Of course the media had to ask him why this change came about. He replied "Hot," he said. and "Too heavy.". Maybe this will help turns things around for Maggs bat this summer.We'll have too see.
